I was really disappointed with the dining options. The quality and variety of food were far below expectations, especially the dinner meals that lacked freshness. Additionally, the language barrier with staff made communication difficult at times, and I felt frustrated when I had to repeat myself. Cleaning could improve too. there were areas in our villa that were overlooked, which didn't meet the standards for a premium stay.

During our six-night stay in the beachfront villa, we loved that Bai Dai Beach was just a short walk away, perfect for seaside strolls, and the nearby Dam Thuy Trieu was a beautiful area to explore parks and take in the views. the staff was also incredibly attentive, ensuring our family's comfort throughout our visit.

My stay at Melia was wonderful, especially in the Two-Bedroom Villa with Garden View and Private Pool. The staff provided amazing service, particularly Tuan, who helped us tremendously. The kids loved the kids club with its fun activities. Only downside, dining options could be improved a bit.
