I had an amazing time at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean villas and a well-maintained kids club. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling every request I had. Additionally, the location in the area was perfect, with a pristine beach and easy access to transportation.
For us, it was ideal.

This hotel provided an incredibly luxurious stay with exclusive amenities fulfilled. the sauna and steam room were magnificent, and the outdoor swimming pool provided a picturesque view of the beachfront. the private facilities were excellent and made for a comfortable stay. the beauty treatments and massages offered at the spa center were relaxing and rejuvenating. the serene garden area and picnic tables were perfect for a peaceful afternoon spent outdoors.
There was only one minor issue during the stay: the restaurant had a limited menu for breakfast. this was compensated for by the high quality of the food offered.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff and stunning beach. the rooms were incredibly spacious, perfect for a holiday with family or friends. the staff were always friendly and willing to help with any request we had. the beach was absolutely stunning, crystal clear water and soft sand, making it the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.
Limited food options and poor communication.

the staff was more than friendly, always fulfilling our wishes. the breakfast and dinner buffet offered a rich selection of food.
Although the staff was very helpful, we did experience some issues with checking in taking a long time and buggies taking a while to pick us up.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed two amazing features of this resort. the pristine beach was breathtaking, with crystal clear waters perfect for swimming. the property boasts excellent recreational facilities, including a flawless pool, which was great for relaxing. The location of this resort was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants adding to the overall convenience.
We did experience some negative aspects of this resort. The check-in process was very slow and frustrating, and the communication between staff members was subpar.
